Service details, timelines, deliverables, and pricing may vary depending on the selected service plan, proposal, or written agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed for service delivery. This may include business details, website access, hosting access, analytics access, advertising account access, social media access, Google Business Profile access, brand materials, service information, offers, photos, logos, and timely feedback or approvals.
Delays in providing access, approvals, information, or payment may affect project timelines, campaign performance, or service delivery.
Any proposal, estimate, consultation, or quote provided by RankMeTop is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing, timelines, and deliverables may change if the client requests extra services, changes the project scope, adds platforms or campaigns, requires third-party tools, or needs work beyond the original scope.
Any major changes to scope or pricing will be communicated before extra work is performed.
Payment terms will be communicated through invoices, proposals, checkout pages, contracts, or written communication. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the invoice or service agreement.
Monthly services may require advance payment. Late payments may delay or pause active work. Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services. Setup fees, campaign fees, content fees, design fees, consulting fees, ad management fees, or monthly retainers may be non-refundable once work has started.
Advertising spend, third-party software fees, domain fees, hosting fees, plugin fees, and platform charges are separate unless specifically included in the written service agreement.
Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation terms stated in their proposal, invoice, or service agreement. For monthly services, cancellation requests should be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed work, work already in progress, strategy, audits, setup, content, design, consulting services, third-party fees, advertising spend, or delayed results caused by client inaction, lack of access, platform changes, or market conditions.
Any refund, credit, or cancellation approval is at the discretion of RankMeTop unless otherwise required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
RankMeTop may work with third-party platforms and tools, including Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, WordPress, hosting providers, analytics tools, email platforms, CRM systems, SEO tools, call tracking tools, and advertising networks.
We are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, account suspensions, policy enforcement, algorithm updates, ad disapprovals, pricing changes, rule changes, data inaccuracies, or loss of access caused by third-party tools or client account issues.
Clients are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party platforms used in their marketing campaigns.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, ads, landing pages, website updates, claims, offers, and business information before or after publication, depending on the agreed workflow.
RankMeTop is not responsible for legal claims, compliance issues, or disputes caused by inaccurate, misleading, restricted, or unauthorized information provided by the client. Clients should review all marketing materials carefully, especially claims related to pricing, guarantees, licenses, certifications, health, finance, legal services, or regulated industries.
All content on the RankMeTop website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by RankMeTop or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. RankMeTop-created strategies, reports, drafts, templates, processes, and internal methods remain the property of RankMeTop unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment, depending on the service agreement.
RankMeTop may use completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
RankMeTop may receive access to private business information, marketing accounts, login credentials, customer data, analytics, or campaign information. We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential and use it only for providing services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, limiting unnecessary access, and notifying RankMeTop if account access should be removed or changed.
By providing your phone number or consenting to receive SMS messages from RankMeTop, you agree to receive text messages related to our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RankMeTop, its owners, team members, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, content or materials you provide, or your products, services, offers, or customer disputes.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any unpaid invoices or approved work completed before termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts or jurisdiction applicable to RankMeTop’s business location, unless otherwise required by law.
