Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce engaging AI-generated and AI-assisted videos for client websites, YouTube channels, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Use AI video tools such as Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, or similar platforms to create, edit, and enhance video content at scale.
  3. Write and refine AI prompts, scripts, and storyboards that guide video generation and align with client brand voices and campaign goals.
  4. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to create video assets that improve search rankings, boost on-page engagement, and reduce bounce rates.
  5. Optimize video content for platform-specific requirements including YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, captions, and metadata.
  6. Edit and post-produce AI-generated footage using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to ensure a polished final output.
  7. Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI video landscape, regularly testing and introducing new tools and workflows to the team.
  8. Maintain visual and brand consistency across all video deliverables for both RankMeTop and its clients.

What We Seek in Potentially Fit Candidates

  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI video generation tools such as Runway ML, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, InVideo AI, or Sora.
  • Solid understanding of video production fundamentals — pacing, storytelling, visual composition, transitions, and audio alignment — regardless of whether the content is AI-generated or traditionally produced.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve to refine and polish AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills — the ability to write clear, creative, and effective prompts that produce high-quality AI video results.
  • A genuine interest in how AI content supports SEO goals, including video engagement metrics, watch time, and search visibility.
  • Basic graphic design sense for creating eye-catching thumbnails, lower thirds, and on-screen text elements.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific video requirements for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative instincts, and the ability to deliver multiple video projects within tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-learning attitude — someone who keeps up with new AI tools and is excited to experiment and innovate.
