RankMeTop is hiring a ClickUp Manager Intern to support project coordination and task management within our SEO and content teams. This is an onsite internship ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn project management tools in a real agency setting.

Internship Details:

Salary: 10K Per Month

Job Type: Full-time (NO remote work)
Time: (8 am – 5 pm) 5 Working Days
Location: Peris Dada, Koteshwor ( Google map link )

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing and updating tasks, folders, and lists inside ClickUp.

  2. Create and assign daily/weekly tasks to team members as per project requirements.

  3. Monitor task deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.

  4. Maintain status updates and progress tracking across multiple client projects.

  5. Support the operations team with internal documentation and organization inside ClickUp.

  6. Ensure smooth communication and clarity within the platform for all departments.

  • Basic understanding of project or task management is a plus.

  • You must have a learning attitude

  • Open to learning and working out of the comfort zone.

  • You must be deadline-obsessed and enjoy the process.

  • You must have excellent attention to detail to produce high-quality work.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
