Frontend QA Engineer

Must Have Requirement :

You must know how to evaluate the quality of a website by testing it from a real user’s perspective and identifying UI/UX, responsiveness, and functionality issues before delivery.

Salary : More than your previous company (No bar for deserving candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test websites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to catch UI/UX, layout, and responsiveness issues with pixel-perfect accuracy.
  2. Perform functional testing of forms, navigation, and user flows.
  3. Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with proper evidence and steps to reproduce.
  4. Validate fixes, run regression tests, and maintain QA documentation and checklists.
  5. Check website speed, performance, and SEO-friendly frontend structure.
  6. Improve testing strategies and collaborate with teams, including support for automated, load, and security testing.

You’re not the right fit if:

  • You only test manually without understanding UI/UX and responsiveness. 
  • You cannot differentiate between design issues and development issues. 
  • You do not have experience testing real business websites. 
  • You are not detail-oriented.

What We Seek in Potentially Fit Candidates

  1. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
  2. Ability to identify design inconsistencies, UI/UX issues, and usability gaps.
  3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end structure.
  4. Experience working with design files such as Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD.
  5. Experience with front-end development frameworks and understanding of Agile and CI/CD workflows.
  6. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
