Graphics Designer Intern

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design visually engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, blog posts, and digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Create SEO-supporting visual assets such as infographics, data visualizations, and featured images that improve content shareability and engagement.
  3. Assist in designing and prototyping UI/UX layouts and web components aligned with brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to develop visuals that support on-page optimization and user experience goals.
  5. Maintain consistency in visual identity across all client and company design deliverables.
  6. Edit and retouch images for use across web, email, and social media channels.
  7. Stay updated on design trends, platform-specific visual requirements, and best practices in digital marketing design.

What We Seek in Potentially Fit Candidates

  • Foundational knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma, with a willingness to learn and improve through hands-on work.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset with a strong interest in visual storytelling, branding, and creating designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles — including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy — and an eagerness to apply them in real-world projects.
  • Keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with an appreciation for clean, purposeful, and audience-focused design.
  • Openness to receiving creative direction and feedback, and a genuine desire to grow through mentorship and collaboration.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to stay organized, manage tasks, and meet deadlines — even while learning on the job.
