RankMeTop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing outreach, content, and campaign initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist with daily outreach to potential clients through social media and email

    1. Help manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn

    1. Coordinate guest invitations and scheduling for podcasts and webinars

    1. Support the creation of marketing assets like slides, promo emails, and landing pages

    1. Track ad performance and marketing campaign results

    1. Help repurpose video and webinar content across blog, email, and podcast platforms

    1. Follow up with leads and ensure meetings or calls are confirmed and attended

    1. Stay organized with inbox management and timely communication follow-ups

    1. Assist in documenting marketing wins and preparing client case studies

    1. Research industry events and marketing opportunities

    • A clear communicator who’s proactive and organized

    • Comfortable using Google Drive, basic marketing tools, and social media platforms

    • Someone who enjoys building systems, following through, and seeing results
