Senior SEO Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior SEO Manager ( 5+ years ) to oversee the execution and delivery of our SEO services.

This is not a hands-on SEO implementation role. Instead, your responsibility is to ensure that every client campaign is executed according to plan, every deliverable is completed on time, and every department is aligned toward achieving the client’s goals.

You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution—making sure our SEO specialists, content writers, developers, and other team members work together efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Ultimately, your success will be measured by how consistently our clients receive what was promised, on time and at the expected level of quality.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Project & Delivery Management

• Create and manage SEO execution plans for every client.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed roadmap.
• Track project progress and identify delays before they become problems.
• Make sure every client receives the work outlined in their SEO package.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple client campaigns.

Team Coordination

• Ensure everyone clearly understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Remove bottlenecks that slow down project execution.

Quality Assurance

• Review SEO deliverables before they are sent to clients.
• Ensure work meets the company’s quality standards.

Client Success

• Monitor campaign progress against agreed objectives.
• Proactively identify risks that could affect client satisfaction.

Process Improvement

• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Recommend improvements to internal systems, communication, and project management.

Performance Monitoring

• Track project completion rates and delivery timelines.
• Monitor team productivity and workload.
• Report operational KPIs to leadership.
• Ensure all campaigns move forward without unnecessary delays.
